I am having issues with the upgrade. I keep getting the following error: Page “admin/tools/acgarage_plus/acgarage_update/upgrade” not found.

Thanks for the feedback Bruno.. Never occurred to me it would land as that.

Statistics show making acGarage auto upgrade free does hurt our business. Sales of acGarage surged after activeCollab 3 – it is the top third selling product. At this stage, we have made a big part of acGarage Plus free, and given a $30 credit to everybody who bought acGarage Plus within last year.

At this stage, we do not know if making it free is a good decision from a “future” financial standpoint. We did it because we wanted to simplify updates for people.

But..

Why don’t you let your customers praise you, instead of praising yourself in your writing/post.

You wouldn’t make this decision if it would ‘hurt your business’. It will only do better for your business. Come down from your high chair and remember your customers like what you’re doing and making, but not the self-praising commentary which you guys frequent.
