We can install / upgrade and configure activeCollab for you on your server.

If you are purchasing our other modules, we can also install / upgrade them when we install / upgrade activeCollab for you. But it all needs to be done in one go.

Once you’ve purchased this service, please email us the following information:

• Access to the server to set up activeCollab on (URL, FTP, control panel, MySQL information etc)
• Email address and name of the administrator account to create
• Your license file (you will get this from activeCollab site in your profile under the downloads)
• Company logo in PNG format
• Any other instructions / questions you may have

We can typically complete the installation within one working day of receiving all information.
