Just responded to your email. Top row icons showing half is a known limitation of activeCollab design / themes. The problem is more items on the top row than the theme can fit. There are two solutions:

1. Use a smaller logo.

2. Uninstall some module you do not use – that add an icon to the top bar.

We plan to release the next version of Reports module in about 2-3 weeks.

Planning Module does support localization. It does not include any translations yet, but you can use the activeCollab translation / localization feature to localize the full application interface.
