Seeing all activities for a user is in our wishlist!

The way we envisioned it was to jump to activeCollab’s assignments filter, showing all items assigned to this person. The jump will be through one outward pointing arrow to the right of the tabs, just like the arrow on the list of items.

The reason why we don’t have this in yet, is that activeCollab does not support arbitrary searches on assignments. The next version promises to have much better assignment filtering support. So we have postponed the feature till next version of activeCollab.

And yes, printing only prints what’s visible in the card.

The reason this is so important to us is we review these items in our weekly staff meetings – to cover each staff and all of their open items. Is there any way we can request to NOT SCROLL the tabbed ‘Recent Activities, Time Records and Upcoming Items’ – but rather show the full list? It’s a minor request that would make a very big difference for us, and if there were also an option to make the 20 tasks expand to ‘all’ – we’d love that also…
