We fixed it and updated the zip file on the server. Haven’t made it into a new release.

Please re-download the .zip file from the server and upload it over to your installation. That should fix this problem.

we have some problems upgrading from tickets plus 1.4 to 1.5
we unistalled the module, deleted all files from original 1.4
and now uploaded everything from 1.5 and we get the following error:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ” (include_path=’.:/Applications/MAMP/bin/php5.2/lib/php’) in /Library/WebServer/Sites/collab/activecollab/application/modules/tickets_plus/tickets_plus_functions.php on line 16

any idea why this happens ?
