But when I do the quick reply, it doesn’t let me change the status, assigned to, etc. All it lets me do is check the “mark as completed” checkbox. Are there special instructions to get this to work? When I go to the regular ticket view (not quickify), I can update the status, assignee, etc when adding a comment.
