If you would like to see the plan of multiple projects together, you can do it in the Gantt view. Go to the Gantt chart / timeline view. Then click on the icon that looks like a folder to open more projects. Now select and check all projects you want to open. You can now see plan of all those projects together. Finally - we have projects that typically run as far as 1 to 2 years into the future, the print view is really too narrown when it is formatted only for portrait/letter sized paper.
